This is my personal development over the past year from being a fat slob, getting divorced motivated me to do something for me at last. My other video shows the transition and this further one shows an example of what I do at my home gym, I also mix it during the week with a gym. Any comments etc welcome, I know I am still not ripped and this is after winter is drawing out, so a bit indulgent after all. But hoping to be building the muscle underneath and will lose a lit fat for the summer and be a bit more toned. The weights are increasing and i am relatively ok with results so far, weight is about 82kg.
